Umělecká skupina Svitava

Umělecká skupina Svitava odkazuje svým názvem ke krajině, kterou protéká stejnojmenná říčka, zejména k Moravskému Krasu a Brnu. Vznikla den po vernisáži výstavy "Smečka netopýrů" v Galerii města Blanska, tj. 11.1.2009. Jejími členy jsou Lukáš Karbus a Jan Karpíšek, absolventi atelieru malířství Martina Mainera, dříve členové skupiny Punkwa. V budoucnu očekáváme rozšíření o další malíře, kteří se například zabývají současnou autentickou spiritualitou.


Svitava art group refers with its name to the landscape where flows the same name called river, especially to the Moravian Karst and Brno city. The group was founded the next day after opening of "The Pack of Bats" exhibition in the Gallery of the city Blansko, t.m. 11.1.2009. It consists of Lukáš Karbus and Jan Karpíšek, graduates from the art studio of painting lead by Martin Mainer, former members of Punkwa art group. In the future we are awaiting new members, painters interested for instance in the contemporary authentic spirituality.
